• All chicken is processed at a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum sealed, and frozen for quality. When properly stored, it is best used within one year. Our pastures are currently in the organic certification process, with regular well water testing and ongoing soil sampling. Many customers tell us our standards feel cleaner than certified organic — because we choose practices based on integrity, not minimum labels.
